At least in Wisconsin for all those Autistics that love to go swimming and on water slides. Wisconsin Dells is a great place to go – it is known as the waterpark capital. Every year many people with disabilities get the opportunity to go up to the Dells at a time when many of the disability conferences in WI happen to be at the Kalahari.
Now, already at the Kalahari you really have everything there for the family. So, while I get a massage, my siblings could go swimming. Then when I’m done with my massage and my siblings are done swimming, we could play the wild games in the huge game room they have, or we could go see a movie as the resort is even connected to a movie theater.
But besides the Kalahari there are other water park resorts at the Wisconsin Dells. One place I personally loved going to is Mount Olympus because they have roller coaster rides. I must admit I do like water rides but I tend to be more of a land person. Summer is never too cold for land rides; however, sometimes it can get a bit chilly if you go on water slides.
Another place which is probably the biggest water park but where I have never been personally is Noah’s Arc. This is the premier water park for always coming up with creative rides: I heard recently they made an upside down water slide. I wonder how on earth can you do that? But they have slides like ‘the point of no return’ in which you shoot straight at great speed all the way down. Now for myself I like to enjoy water rides and shooting straight down may personally be intense for me. But for those autistics that love water slides, Wisconsin Dells is a great tourist attraction located in Wisconsin. If you want water for miles, Wisconsin Dells is the place to be.
