This recipe is adapted from my GFCF cooking Guru Ms Himanshu Kapoors recipe for Chocolate Banana Brownies and is so simple that it could be made by my 13 year old son and taste as good… the wonderful thing about this recipe is that everything in it is nutritionally good for you(except the little bit of sugar it contains)…so no more guilt for tucking into the brownies!!!

- 1 cup millet flour,
- 0.5 cup sorghum flour(called Jowar)
- 3-4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp water,
- 225 gm mashed banana,
- 1/2 cup coconut oil,
- 1/2 cup water,
- 1/2 cups walnuts,
- 3/4 cup sugar/sweetener (i replaced some of the sugar with stevia)

- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients +sugar + banana in a bowl.
