Father accused of dragging son across restaurant

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) – A Harrison father is facing charges after police say he dragged his son across a restaurant and then slapped him several times.
Christopher Hallon, 34, is charged with one count of endangering children.
According to court documents, several witnesses reported Hallon dragged the 8-year-old boy, who has Autism, by his arm and then slapped him several times in the face, causing a black eye and swollen eye sockets.
