Police Use Taser On Student With Special Needs

HARTLAND, Wis. — Hartland police said they used a Taser on a student with special needs after an incident on a school bus.
The chief of police told 12 News one of his officers was flagged down by a bus driver at Chestnut Ridge Drive on Wednesday.
The chief said when the driver opened the door for the officer, the teen pushed the driver off the bus and charged the officer.
